What is the regulatory dimension for a professional Pool Table?

The regulatory dimension for American pool, used in the major Championships, is 9ft, but 8 ft is a very common dimension and often used in some Championships too.

What dimensions are available?

Our Pool tables are available in 6 ft, 7ft, 8 ft and 9 ft for American Pool and in 10 ft and 12 ft for Snooker. Send us a request for the external dimensions and for the space suggested to play. If you want to be sure that your pool table fit well in your room, don’t hesitate to call us. We are at your disposal helping you with the right choice.

Are your pool tables professional?

Absolutely. We studied and realized our Pool tables, testing them for years with the best American Pool players. We are proud to say that our pool tables have not only a unique design but also a professional playing field, using the best cushions, cloths, pockets and slates.

Have they a warranty?

They have a 2 years Warranty.
We warrant our billiard, pocket billiard (pool) and snooker tables (Products) against defects in material or workmanship (excluding normal wear and tear). Cloth, pockets, and cushions are not covered by this Warranty.

Where are they made?

Our pool tables are made in Italy. We design and realize our products in our factory close to Rome. All the materials used for the production come from Italy, and we choose only the best wood, leather, painting, steel, aluminum, brass and slate, directly from the artisan to our factory.

Can I choose another material or color?

Yes, of course. You can customize your pool table, choosing between many different materials and colors or asking for a sample. We will realize the sample of the color and finish that you want, and we will realize the pool table as per your request.

What is the difference between matt finish and gloss finish?

Matt finish is a standard finish that correspond to 30% gloss, Gloss finish is a standard finish that correspond to 60% gloss.

How long does it take to have the table in my house?

All our products are custom-made. The lead time is around 60-90 days. It depends on the model and the finishes you choose.
The shipping time from our warehouse in Florida to your house is 6-15 days.

Do you make the installation too?

Absolutely yes. We have our specialized technicians in Florida, and many collaborators in the other States. On request, our specialized technicians can move to install the table also in the other States..

Do you make the shipment? What is the cost?

Yes, sure. We have specialized couriers for the shipments around the world. In USA we use the best LTL freight companies to guarantee the distribution service in all the States, at the most competitive prices ever. Don’t hesitate to call us for a quote. View more details

Is there a custom fee to pay?

Absolutely NO. We pay the custom for you. We import the tables from Italy, paying all custom fees and taxes. The invoice price is the final amount you will go to pay.

Which payment methods are accepted in the Online Shop?

We accept all the principal methods of payments and credit cards.

How long will delivery take?

All the products are custom-made, you choose your finishes and starting from the payment received the ETA is around 60-90 days.

How secure is shopping in the Online Shop? Is my data protected?

We have reasonable and appropriate security measures in place to attempt to protect against the loss, misuses, and alteration of your personally identifiable information under our control. We have taken reasonable steps to confirm the information is retained in secured facilities and that reasonable measures have been implemented for protection from unauthorized access.

What exactly happens after ordering?

We process your order and you will receive a confirmation by email about the Status.
Just in case of missing information to proceed with the order, a sales representative will contact you asking for more information.
We will notify by email the ETA and we will inform you about any update concerning the status of the order, until the shipment.

Do I receive an invoice for my order?

You do. We will send you an invoice and a receipt for the processed payment.
